How Lighthouse Pet Clinic Helped 375+ Pet Parents Say Yes to Care

Hi, my name is Mike. I'm with Lighthouse Pet Clinic, and we've been using Cherry for about a year now, and it's really changed the way we talk with pet parents about their pet's care. At Lighthouse, we see everything from routine checkups to more complex diagnostics and treatments. Cost can be an important part of these conversations, and that's where Cherry comes in. In the past year alone, Cherry has helped over three hundred and seventy-five pet parents get their pets the care they need when they need it without the financing conversation getting in the way. We tend to use Cherry most for surgeries and for diagnostics for very sick animals. It's made it a lot easier for families to say yes to treatment when they might otherwise have to wait or say no. One thing that's made a real difference this year is the introduction of ultrasound diagnostic services that we're offering now. Cherry has helped us keep a high compliance with these services, by making it easier for pet parents to follow through with the recommended imaging instead of putting it off. We've also introduced PRP this year. It's another area where Cherry has helped make it easier for clients to move forward with the care we recommend. If you're a clinic thinking about Cherry, it's an easy yes. It's helped us grow trust with our clients and make sure that pets get the care they need.
