Faster Approvals, More Red Light Therapy Sales at Nexus Chiropractic

Hi, my name is Kellan Adkins. I'm with Nexus Chiropractic, and I am the Red Light Case Manager here at our office. I wanted to share with you a little bit about why I love Cherry. I have found Cherry extremely easy to use for our patients. It takes about two minutes to find out if you're approved and the ease of use of the Cherry app, both for the patient and for us as providers, is very simple and easy to use. Just about every single person so far that I have run through Cherry has been approved. There's been a few that haven't gotten the amount that we were looking for, but we were able to successfully ask for an increase, and several of those patients did go through, and we were subsequently able to sell them a package because of that. They've been so easy to work with. They provided marketing material, which I really appreciate. I have been on my own with trying to get red light therapy up and running in our office, so having that back office support, so to speak, has been really helpful as well.
