The Goal

Nexus brought on Cherry to give clients a better opportunity to finance care. In December, they brought on new, higher-ticket services that would hopefully lead to a new revenue stream for their practice. They were looking to expand on the packages they were already selling while creating new ones, and needed Cherry to make care more accessible. Ultimately, they were looking for a partner that would give their patients a smooth, fast experience and make their wellness goals more accessible.

The Cherry Solution

Nexus has added the Cherry floating widget to their website, which has helped with lead generation and also early applications/approvals in their patient journey. They have also committed to making the Cherry QR code easily accessible so it can be presented throughout the check-in process, so patients can go into their appointments knowing what they are approved for, making presenting treatment costs much more manageable. This has ultimately made it easier for patients to proceed with the holistic care they need.

Results

Nexus has found that Cherry's ease of use has had a significant impact on their practice's revenue. Since they began offering Cherry to every patient and have seen high approval rates, they have found that accepting and moving forward with care has become much easier and more transparent for their patients. They have seen an increase in overall ticket size, with the acknowledgment that sales have doubled and some months tripled, totaling over $88,000 since bringing on Cherry in late January.
